the Design Structure Matrix (DSM) to analyze information
flow and dependencies.
- Used
Signal Flow Graphs and the Reward Markov Chain
to characterize cycle time.
- Designed
an elaborate user interface to perform calculations
quickly using Excel, Visual Basic, MATLAB, and
UNIX shell scripts.
- Recommendations
and modeling tools were incorporated into the
development environment.
